What are the current timelines for getting Passport back? anyone has recent experience. US to Canada

1) To check on passport status which email id to use, Got PPR from IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca but some folks have used CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca, any idea? 2) Anyone knows what recent timeline has been for COPR stamping from US to Canada after PPR?
