    They just started charging 24th today, why are you so worried? Stop Calling CIC call centre agents, they will only keep speculating. You've waited this long, just wait a little more atleast till friday then you have my Permission to worry! :P

    Someone on another thread just received PER And his application reached 5th December and CC charge was january 18th. He didn't state his NOC though!
