Thanks buddy....ya I'll try to get a letter from my HR or some communication stating that they do not provide letters, if that doesn't work, then will draft a LOE by tonight and submit it.

Many thanks for the detailed response Upasana. Much appreciated. My reference letter was from a colleague who is one level above me, but has much more experience (10 years elder to me). I'll draft a detailed response with all documents and send through CSE. My AOR is Dec 05, 2018

No, I have not received any documentation request. Also, I know 3 of my close friends who had submitted all their reference letters in a similar format, and they got PPR last year.
