@ jaggy bro, bt my question is do they continue bc evn after issuing MR/RPRF/PPR. Coz i hav seen in sm cases i.e. Visa issued in a month aftr MR while sm gets delayed. Fast issuance of COPR I link to prompt reply of state or district police during verification of pcc. Its my thinkin nly.

@ jaggy pls clarify. 'we started processing ur application on XX date.' e cas shows this line wen they issue mr's. Coz i 1st rcd mr thn e cas updated .

my insight on the backlog issue is that nw the applicants whu olready got AOR (M.I. 3) 'll be processed evn faster coz after a month or so, new applications 'll be inflowing nd to reduce their(vo's) woes they may try to finish pending M.I 3. Nd parallely they may be takin up pre-junes too...
