Just spoke with my immigration lawyer about my husband's file in ndvo . He said its in process and most of local offices have quota of visas to give away so they might start new batch after December. So hang in there..

Mine is Mine is frustrating as well my husband was supposed to have an interview on 30th October. They said its no longer required after September there is no update.i wish he had interview we would have known the result by now .

This is the first time i am hearing that visa officials said something like that. When file transfers to missisauga they get Pr in 3 months. When it goes to local VO this kind of bs. What's the transparency if they don't clear the files according to dates come in. On random thought...

My husband had interview requested for 30th October .the mail was received on 12th sep Later on 18th sep NDVO called & said interview is no longer required. Afterwards no update on file. My file was transferred on 22nd Aug to ndvo.

What is interview date??

I feel unfair they decide to send some file mississauga and give immediate decisions.where we just have to wait endless.on What grounds they are doing this? We have to stick to 1 year timelines nd mississauga maximum 4 months it takes.
