When CIC send medical request, on the form it says the name address, UCI, etc. My question is that when we take this form to panel physician, do they match this information with something. I mean does CIC give panel physicians some kind of access to applicants record where they put the UCI...

You don't have to say anything to airline crew. Simply board your flight, when you will reenter in US, CBP will take your old I-94 and will give you new one. In your case Airline have nothing to do with it. Thanks

If your medical is done and you have already paid RPRF, you will get PPR next. Time varies among different visa offices, some may take few day from the date of medical and other may take more than a year. Don't worry you will get PPR very soon. Thanks
