Yeah it should be done that way, but I used my ITA letter. Singapore citizens will have no dates in their COC, but foreigners will have the dates when they were in sg I think.

Its a sign of movement in your file. you can either call IRCC to ask what it was about or order gcms. but its a good thing, someone looked into your file either way.
