Mine was on 48th day from PER... In general 40 to 60days .May be later some times .All depends on your case and officer.

NDVO gives 12 weeks time to submit only for the U.S PCC. You can talk to your VO and get the extension

FBI has upgraded the system and it is causing the delay... It takes 12 to 14 weeks to give the report. My file has reached end of October & yet to get C.C charged. Suggest try to get the duplicate copy of the exisiting report as recent application takes time

Hi all, Our MR/PCC/RPRF mail received on 11th Nov. NDVO has given 12 weeks for us to submit US PCC in the same mail. (ie before Feb 3rd 2015) FBI has received application on 27th Oct. 5 weeks over now but yet to charge C.c . When can I call FBI and start follow up ?
