    I meant it took one week since it was sent out from CPC Sydney. Your files should have stayed in CPC Sydney for 2.5 months, and was just sent out recently...

    They can see when your file was sent out from CPC Sydney, and when it arrived at your local office, Mississauga. They can also see if there is any correspondences.

    Are you a US citizen? If not, didn't you authorize CIC/IRCC to access your CBSA records when applying for citizenship? If you did, shouldn't CIC/IRCC already have your travel records?

    It may not be a good timing changing your name after DM before oath. I personally would change name after oath, and request a new citizenship certificate then apply passport.
