I wonder if the 80% means 80% of the applicants across the whole country? If it is, clearly GTA processing centers don't have to meet the 80% :( Anyway, I called today as well. Like many others, the officer promised sending an email to the Scarborough office and asked me to wait for another two...

It takes at least 30 days. Most time, it arrived on the 30th day, but some time it takes longer. The longest wait I had was 6 weeks.

Yup, file transferred to Scarborough Dec 13th, 2017; nothing since then.

I'm figuring-out what to buy myself as a gift when this is all over...

Just some brain storming to make the endless waiting less painful. One way to notice the difference is to drive across border to the US. For Canadian or US citizens, one usually doesn't have to get off from the car; as other passport holders, including Australian and British, one has to get off...

Mine has even less update than yours, sigh... My MP told me now it takes 2-3 weeks for him to get a response from CIC/IRCC. Just curious, how could a lawyer help in this case?

Yea... the call center agent told me all checks are done in last November; however, she refused to take any action until reaching the 12-month mark even though she acknowledged the weirdness...
