Checked my ECAS yesterday, it shows my initial application is withdrawn while they started processing my second application i.e. 6th October's submission.

Raisa Apu, Apart from resubmitting a new application I also sent an additional package containing missing docs. So I feel they received the package, based on which issued PER. Its weird to see that same applicant is under processing twice under same NOC !!!!!

Bhaia I used CC for second submission and they charged CC on 12th December. I used DD for initial submission. Completely weird as I have explained the reasons quite well.
