Sa update form ng sss, nakalagay dun from single to married, then isusulat mo name spouse mo, and may tatak un na received ng sss. Ung ipasa mo. Hdmf is pagibig. Pede mo update un online, then print mo n din. Pede mo nman scan in one pdf file sss hdmf at philhealth. Un na ipasa mo.

Hi Avicon2016, yes pede yan, update mo n din and submit hdmf at philhealth mo. Sinama ko lahat yan sa application ko as supporting docs. If may sarili k insurance i update mo din, and ipasa mo din.
