AOR:20 June, Bio updated: 20 October. 02 November got an update that application has been approved and the copr details. Still waiting for the copr letter or confirmation letter from IRCC. not sure why it is taking so long to upload it. its been already more than a week now.

I am in the same boat. application approved on 02 Nov but haven't received the COPR copy. Please update us as soon as u get it.

You are right, but I need at least a document which can prove I am a permanent resident now. this is frustrating, I don't know what is my current status in this country and I can't leave the country now because as per them my landing has been already done.

Looks like they didn't suspend the draws, it is just they have changed the pattern of it. Don't forget about last draw, so it could happen at any time in next few days.
