Hi guys, I have submitted my application for ON PNP, however I have not received an invitation from ON. My question is, if I receive an invite under FSW if score comes down, can I accept this invite and decline the PNP invite?

Guys, I have been trying to accept NOI for ontario, but their website takes ages to load and keeps me waiting for hours only to be my connection to reset. Why is this website so bugged?? I cant even login

I have been trying to lodge my application with ontario after receiving my NOI, however, every time I log in the website gives me waiting time of over 50 minutes and it takes way longer than than that only to be reset. Why is this website so bugged? There cant be enough people to keep this...
