No idea what it means. Wait and watch is the best practice i guess.

Spoke to CIC , XEP is not Express Entry. This is a temporary file number and turns into EP ( i.e. X will vanish) when they begin working on our files. Hope this helps and sorts the confusion unless someone else has anything to add or differ. Take care guys ! Rick

That's correct , i guess. I heard someone mentioning that the PNP holders prior to Jan 2015 will still have to apply as per the old rules. Hope this is right , but also makes sense as why would anyone have 2 applications floating around ? Rick73
