You can't jump into conclusion that you're on security screening and moreover it doesn't normally show on gcms according to people with previous experience. You only know when they send you a mail that your application is taking them a longer time to process

Well, I didn't know what you hear but usually they'll tell you to expect your PPR on or before the 6months deadline. Since February 2019 is 6months from your AOR so that's the deadline for the issuance of your PPR but you may get it any moment from now till then

No one can say precisely, the pattern is very unpredictable. some profiles are showing that since AOR. You just got to be patient
