by the looks of it we wont be getting any ppr till next year, and then in the next year they will be all busy with taking holidays and days off,...and evn then theyll continue on telling us that security checks r still not in, since the agnecies doing the checks are also going to go on 2 weeks...

congratssss...and i know someone who got it back on the same day or a couple of days later..so dont worry about it even if u have to wait for another month doesnt matter becuase it is over for u...goodluckkk

most of the people on this forum are wating for background and security checks to be in....my hubbys 2nd med were recieved by the embassy 9 month ago...i dont mean to scare u or anything,,but if thats all they needed from u then u should get ur ppr soon...but for most of us on this forum we are...

background checks and security checks are all done by outside sources, examplesm csis, canada agency border and the rcmp for criminility.....and the embassy has no control over these agencies and they apprently always blame them for not getting their checks done on time...one thing that i have...
