Great that means that things are moving ahead. Biometric call is not related to qualifying or not, actually it is a norrmal procedure and if it indicates to something is that your application is complete.

That was before the pandemic, while during the pandemic (AOR) is taking more han 6 months to be received. My application was delivered on 25th of march 2020 and still didn't receive the AOR.

It is optional. On the one hand delivering a business plan along with your application would support and strengethen your application but On the other hand many applicants received their PR without even submitting a BP. It is all about the officer's decision...

I send my application on the 16th of March and it was delivered on 25th of March. I didn't receive AOR yet :(
