Hi Everyone, My AOR is April 11. VO is NDVO. Background check in process since Oct 15 or so. Current Status: Still waiting and wondering.

So now I've set myself a Dec 31 timeline. After that I'm taking a vacation and moving on. I'v decided not to put my life on hold...

My background check only started after 180 days. I'm going to give it until the end of this week before I contact the CIC helpline. Have ordered GCMS notes. But those too will take time to come. Fingers are crossed till then.

Days since AOR... 192 (And still counting). Just wondering how much longer the wait will have to be.

Create another application using the same key. My friend was found ineligible twice but she used the same account. Third time was lucky for her. Your data will be stored with them in any case. Check if there any way to edit your info.

Finally some movement on my account. My background check has started. It finally reads 'We are processing your background check". Can anyone tell me what the next stage will be? It's been 188 days since AOR. In the meantime, I've applied for my GCMS notes and sent an email to NDVO.
