SCDL format for transcript is basically a letter. It does not even show marks obtained in each semester which is the sole purpose of transcript certificate. I had to bang my head to get that put up in transcript. It may not be recognised by wes but will help in showing your prospective employer...

WES evaluates highest qualification. In my case (principal applicant), my wife did hsc and then did interior design Diploma of 3.5 years, so, had to get her hsc evaluated for spousal points.

Hi, just wanted to update the procedure for this, now that I have concluded. For HSC, go to vashi board office, fill up a form (window 7 I guess) and pay 100/- per verification /attestation. Max copies they give per day is 2 for each marksheet & passing certificate. Cash counter is till 3pm...
