I am in Ottawa too, I think it is because of the local office, whenever they are done with the applications they have, they will get more from Sydney. This is my theory

Hi, It doesn't matter if you left blank OR put N/A, but I don't think it is a good idea to put your name. I left blank and mine was accepted. Good Luck.

I just tried for my Ecas but still nothing there, although I used to view my PR card renewal application but when I tried it in the morning, there was noting under my name. Do they remove the access for my PR card renewal application in order to have my citizenship application?
