Wait for the letter to come. It usually comes in a day or two and all the required documents are listed there. As far as I remember my parents took their passport and biometrics letter request letter.

I got a letter few hours ago saying that they are looking at the application and would need more time because of large of application filed in the same time.

Let us know if you hear anything else. Processing time showed is only 12 days but still confused what’s going on. This is the first time I’m getting acknowledgement letter, in previous application it was just email updates regarding the status. So I don’t think acknowledgment letter are mandatory.

@dearbharat That was really fast for you, congrats! Was this application for yourself? I’m applying for my parents and they did not ask for medical so far. I believe for normal Trv they don’t require any medical, correct me if I’m wrong?
