You can order them any time just go here. https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do They give you all the notes on your file that are in there computer system if you ask for electronic notes. If you ask for a physical file they will pull the paper file, copy it, and send it to you...

OH I think you can download a program that will print off all your call logs and texts for iphone aswell.

You could also start collecting phone records and test messages, emails, chats right now and send them in later?

Don't forget about letters from friends. they count too. You can ask them to put there phone number on the letter and state that they can call them if they have any questions. The more letters the better, aunts uncles brothers cousins.
