you have to provide PCC for every country where you live more than 6 month + your home country.

go to al fardan exchange with the draft no they will let you know in 2 working days.

normally they ask for Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) with the medical which is 490 canadian dollar per adult. check the link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp hope it help.

first of all eid mubarak to all. today i have received 3 rd line on my Ecase, may be it was there before i didnt check my Ecase after sending my medical(it reached there on 7 aug 2012). is that mean everything is ok with medical and next step is PPR. thanks.

they received it on 7 Aug and i send the other asked document on 12 th aug it suppose to reach there today.
