I have filled in Express entry application in January 2015 and now i am planning to send the NSNP application tomorrow, is it too late? Does someone know if the NSNP cap has reached or are they still accepting the applications?

If 886+ is the cutoff for the first draw, there are very minor chances for people like me who has less than 400 points :( :(
