I have changed my address 3-4 times and i have the same issue as well. I called CIC they said ,mailing address doesnt matter, as long as home address is updated and correct.

Hi they had a bug on their website few months ago , when everyone was seeing ACTION REQUIRED in their accounts and they posted about that on Facebook. For me, i never got any email about pnp approval, medical req for PR in my gmail or GCKEY account. I called them and that is how i got to know...
