Best ECA Partners - Service & Helpfulness

I went with IQAS earlier this year and it was $200 (same price as WES), and the processing time from when they received the documents to when they sent the report to me was 10 business days, as published on their website at the time. The result also matched what I thought it should be (dual...

AOR JUNE 2016 >>> JOIN HERE

I ordered mine on the 19th August and received on the 20th September (after sending a follow up email at the 31 day mark), and it was hiding in my spam emails despite the auto-response emails coming through fine.

    understanding GCMS notes

Hi all, I just received my first set of GCMS notes and the email notes that certain information qualifies for exemption pursuant to section(s) 22(1)(b) law enforcement and investigation of the Access to Information Act. Does anyone know that this relates to? Thanks!

I received my first GCMS notes (requested 19 August and received 20 September but hiding in my spam emails) and it shows that my R10 passed on 24 August. The last notes from 15 September show that my A11.2 and R87.1 'appear met', but that the eligibility has been submitted for further review...

    CEC INLAND SHARE YOUR TIMELINE

While you need to have a year of 'skilled' Canadian work experience to qualify for CEC, you get points for any other factors (language tests, university degrees, foreign work experience etc). I included letters from previous employers in Australia to claim points for my foreign work experience...

The RPRF request usually means you have passed the R-10, and so your BG check should have changed to 'not needed at this time'. Having said that, my BG check has been in progress for nearly two months now with no change so if there's no movement you're certainly not the only one...

Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) under express entry - connect here

Are you referring to the visa wizard that will give you a code? To apply for BOWP once you have submitted your PR application, go through the visa wizard and enter 'work temporarily more than 6 months' and that you have been approved in-principle for PR etc. This will then give you a code, to...

Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) under express entry - connect here

Hey @kbhav, you need to actually submit your PR application, and attached the AOR you receive (usually within 24 hours after submitting your application) and attach to your BOWP application. You can't apply for BOWP until you have submitted your PR application. As for restoration, you would...

My status hasn't moved since my BG went into in progress (first time) on the 29th July! I applied for GCMS notes on 19 August and these haven't come through yet either, so I think everything is running super slow now...

I haven't had any progress since my medicals passed on 29 July and my background check went into in progress on the same day (AOR 13 July, CEC Inland). I did finally submit my BOWP application yesterday though, as there's not much time left on my current work permit and the R-10 should be...

Thanks for sharing your timeline, @explore. I just applied for BOWP today as there`s not much time left on my current visa, even though my BG status is still in progress and it`s nice to have an idea on the timing!

I submitted an additional document for my application on the online IRCC webform (one that they haven't requested yet, but may do) from inside Canada. I can't share the link but I googled 'cse cic' and it was the first option that comes up.

    Upfront Medicals in Calgary

For anyone looking for a Calgary upfront medical in the future, here's my review of Dr Grunberg from July 2016 (as posted on Yelp, I can't share the link): Dr Grunberg is a panel physician for Immigration Canada, which means that this is no normal GP but a small, specialised clinic for anyone...
