Is there anyone who have applied to the Province before the launch of Express Entry ?

I have been noticing that those who applied under new stream(Express Entry to Nova Scotia), after 1st January, some of them have already got their nominations. This is completely unfair. As we have jobs as well as open work permit, and still they are delaying our process.

Oh, that's an excellent essay topic. I am wondering what your conclusion would be in that case. Can we write an essay with partial agreement? Until now, I have written all the essays by either agreeing or disagreeing to it.
