Hi guys. Finally got AOR on Apr 17. I'm quite confused as the letter mentioned that my documents were received on Apr 17 but on the top of the letter, the date was Apr 18 (although I received the letter on Apr 17). Is it normal or not? Please advise guys.

What do you mean by IRCC ref letter? You dont need any ref letter to do ECA. Just pay the fee and get it done. You need to do ECA to get proper evaluation if your education is equal to Mphil or not.

You should include all work experience although you dont claim points with those as they require working history within 10 years. I myself still try to get reference letters of all previous jobs to avoid any ADR. Fully prepared documents will help fasten your application process.
