I beg to differ....you have an option to select NDVO. Cic guide clearly mention to either select country of residence (incase of ME its LvO) or country of citizenship (for us NDVO). Me also in ME. N selected NDVO. Gud luck n keep in touch

For translated docs.....you need notarized copy. For any English doc.....plain copy is enough. ..
