Hi!! For spousal application do we need to attach Police Clearance certificate for the spouse, or is it required once the spouse receives a letter to send the passport? I am so confused about this, and I would appreciate all the help

If my spouse goes for her medical, do I just need a receipt for the medicals to be attached in the application? Can it be a scanned copy or it needs to be original?
