    When you receive an Acknowledgment of Receipt email from CIO, it says you file will be transferred to a visa office for further processing which is CIC office in Ottawa.

    Please don't say something you are not 100% sure about. We don't work for CIC which means that we are not qualified to predict what is gonna happen. Be positive and encouraging. People are already stressed and frustrated. Thank you
