If these are all the VO requested you to send, then nothing else is required, max you can include a cover letter. do not write on anything where it is mentioned 'for office use/ CIC use only'. All the best :)

Alhamdulillah I got back passports today(with the visa). Passport received by VO on 22nd June, visa issued on 24th June, but I had to wait for this long for the relief. Praying for all my brothers and sisters in this forum.
