An update from my side..... Decision made on Oct 10. VO asked for passports for both of us and we have sent it yesterday. Hope to get them back with PR visa by end of October.

Thanks Guys! May be I am first one in this thread who received Decision Made.........BUT I have seen many who had already received PR within 12 months of their application. I believe that by the year end, you will also get your stuff done.
