Anyone's security turned from not started to started recently?

I think it is for applications exempted from giving biometrics around October 15th. What is your Eligibility, security, criminality status, and what is your visa office?

Has anyone seen in there recent GCMS notes this line: Special group(s): PRBIO I have been added to that group on October 2nd.

@legalfalcon I got my GCMS notes today and saw something that I don't understand. In the first page I saw this line: special program(s): PRBIO I was exempted from giving biometrics recently. Is that related to that? Thanks!
