I am currently in Hawaii and want to sponsor my husband, we got married in Cancun and i need to translate our marriage certificate and get it certified. There are no canadian immigration offices in Hawaii and im not sure how I would go about getting our documents translated and certified here ?

I am sponsoring my husband but we got married in Mexico, our marriage certificate is in spanish. I am aware I have to get a certified copy, but am I also supposed to get it translated???

My payment is not going through for the online visitors visa, would this have anything to do with the strike? I've tried with different cards and different times. Has anyone had this problem ?
