As far as I know, it takes about two months to receive the medical and schedule A stuff. I’m in the same boat as you. Appeal won the same time as you :) so don’t worry

Random question: Can you be rejected for the same thing after winning appeal? For example, rejected for relationship not being genuine - after winning appeal, can you get rejected for relationship not being genuine again?

Why are things so different for each individual? I got ADR date first then they asked for documents to send before the date

Wow, Is it really possible that you can provide so much evidence that they don’t need ADR or hearing?

I agree that he shouldn’t have brought that up but what’s done is done. Gotta move forward and not cry over about it. I have a lawyer and he said it’s not necessary to mention that since he specifically said “online/weekends”. Thanks for your help though!

Yeah, I posted on this forum after talking to husband everything that was in the blue book especially the VOs concerns. I, myself attended a school that’s out of the province because they have online classes which worked perfectly with my full time position and that’s exactly what he was...

Hi, All. My husband got rejected because they think he’ll leave me to study in another province. I know what he meant in the interview - there are a lot of universities that offer online, evening/weekend classes but I’m not sure how to prove this for my appeal. Any help will be appreciated...
