    PNP PR November 2014 Applicants

Any updates? None for me :( @hussy - I agree. I've tried quite a few times as well and they refuse to give me any updates on the status of my application.

Lets hope so. I haven't even reached IP stage as yet - and I still need to provide my PCC - which I'm sure will delay matters further :'(

    PNP PR November 2014 Applicants

I'm guess I'm not sad - i'm just perplexed as to how CIC works. It just bothers me that I haven't been able to decipher the method behind their madness. And, the other thing that worries me is that I will be travelling to India in September for 4 weeks. So I just hope that I don't get any...

Good to hear. When did you get your RPRF request/ reminder and when did you pay it? I'm a November 12 applicant, and my ECAS status still shows Medical received and "Application Received" as the status :(

Oh I see. That complicates matters for me because I need to travel next month!!! Now I'm hoping it takes a bit longer...

Does anyone know what happens to the TRV (the stamped document allowing travel abroad) when you send your passport after PPR? Unfortunately, no updates as yet to my application. Anyone else who is a November 12 applicant who has seen movement on their applications?

It is strange. However, TBH, I dont think anyone can say, with absolute certainty, how CIC functions. It's one of the wonders of the modern world in how it defies logic. For me, I haven't submitted my PCC with my original application. However, last month I was asked for the RPRF without being...

Yeah me too - I'm away for 4 weeks from 5th September - So if I get it any time between 15th Aug and 6th or 7th September - I am screwed too. This uncertainty is killing me. I tried to speak to CIC to see what stage my application is at. However, they refuse to look at the application to check...

No updates for me. A friend of mine has the same timeline as me - no updates there either. Perhaps our case officer is on leave or something - lets hope there's some movement soon. BTW, does anyone know what happens if I receive the PPR while I'm on vacation abroad?

Congratulations to people who've had their status move to IP! Looks like there has been some movement for Nov applicants. I still haven't heard anything since my RPRF request in June. I'm a November 12 - OPNP - applicant.

I hope mine gets processed quickly too. Yeah I've heard so too. I'm actually planning to travel in September. So I'm hoping it happens before that, but since it is the end of July now - it is extremely unlikely. In any case, its better to travel before PR since for Citizenship now, time spent...

Fingers crossed - it should be soon for you. I wonder how they updated it yesterday when it says that it is updated on Tuesdays!!! Go figure :o

Congrats!!! How did you get to know? ECAS update?

    PNP PR November 2014 Applicants

Hi Pardeep, how did you find out it's in process? What did you say? I called CIC and they said they no longer access the information if the processing time has not exceeded the average processing time. So the agent just sent me a generic email about checking on ECAS.

@madboleyn - yeah lets hope so. Except I did live in the UK for a few years. So I think it's unlikely that they won't ask for it. It seems to be complete potluck with CIC - I just keep my fingers crossed. @prentiss18 - yeah, will keep you updated here.

Mine's almost the same as well. I'm an OPNP applicant. My timeline for the application, AOR and Medical request is the same. My medical was done on May 14th. I too received the RPRF on June 24th which I paid on June 25th. I too am waiting for the next step. Only thing though is that I didnt...

    PNP PR November 2014 Applicants

Tenkrun - I (gentleman, btw) read the provision in exactly the same way. According to me too, the issue date of the PCC should not be more than 3 months before the date of the application. I seem to be following a similar trajectory to you. I had asked CIC about sending the PCC and was told to...

    PNP PR November 2014 Applicants

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I was under the impression that they ask for the RPRF after the application has been processed which is what had me confused - See this link for example http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/final.asp I've had my PCC sitting with me since December...
