Good question. When I called Lagos VFS I failed to ask that but the Customer Service said the only way is through them. And when you click the link they sent and choose Nigeria, I can hardly find that part. I hired a friend to look for it, to no avail.

Yeah thats what i will do. Maybe i should also send an email. Though based on feedback it seems it will be impossible to get a response. In the pdf file of the ppr, it says read something about passport transmission on the vfs website. When I click the link though, I can't see that part. :(

Hi. I just sent my passport through DHL. I shifted from abu dhabi to accra visa office. In the PPR mail of abu dhabi, courier was ok. And I wasnt totally aware of the prohibition of the use of DHL for accra. I enclosed a waybill in it. Any suggestion?
