I got my confirmation via email in 4 days. However i do notice recently that the responses are getting delayed. Because i applied for GCMS earlier and got it within 30days, however i applied 1 after that its over 45 days and still havent heard back.

You can apply for GCMS yourself, no need of lawyers help

Its not always that, once the app status changes, you get the MR immediately. May be your eligibility has just begun. Did u order gcms notes to see the status?

I am not really sure, but just be strong, because yesterday i heard from a friend of mine that he got his PR and landed yesterday even with sending the Employment Letter, Birth Certificates and few other documents, which is required under CEC. So this should give you confidence. Hopefully this...
