I got email today from London visa office. Basically outlining they have received it and how the process is going to work. Nothing changed on ecas.

Anyone who’s file got transferred to London visa office has received a letter saying that they have your file ???

That is my biggest concern since it’s London!! I have read some people situation hopefully we won’t run into it. All I am hoping for we still have 4 months, that it will be enough time for them to process.

Same like yours accept I have payed for biometric but still they have not requested. PA is from Iraq but lived in Sweden now he is back in Iraq

No we only had paid for it

Have you called and see???? I believe for Pakistan it goes to London like my PA and they are very busy and slow

Yes I have and the only answer so far I have got is “ you are still not past the 12 months processing time” I even asked my lawyer and my mp to step in, they also got only the same answer back, there is nothing that they want if they need anything they will inquire. I am so concerned

I just called 1888 242 2100, Since February they are being silent. I asked if they have transferred our file yet. The agent said not yet, we don’t have to necessarily transfer it to another VO, it can be all done in NS. I’m so confused. Please help. On the online tool it says background check...
