I think it's a mistake from NDVO. The MR part in GCMS notes is with date and time which exactly matches with the date and time of the mail which I received for additional documents. Maybe the agent must have copy-pasted some1 else's notes into my file data...But still I will raise a CSE and also...

You will have to get it from the University not the institution/college...
