Just send her adhar card copy and driving licence copy. Any social media posts showing you both are married (screenshot copy)marriage certificate etc. Most of requirements above is for people applying inland.

Go to embassy and get an appointment showing the immigration officer the letter you received from your work. It is just an advice. It might help.

Just give them whatever they are asking for . Medicals are valid for 1 year year I believe . If yours has passed 1 yeAr provide them the new one. If you have a doubt call and ask them.
