Don't worry I'm sure its just matter of time. I got mine today and it was only 27 days after i requested. BTW mine says RFV > 31 March 2016 as well. And last date of activity was October 2015 nothing after.

I don't think this deadline means anything. There was a poster here in the forum whose GCMS notes had deadline of November 2015 and nothing happened.

Lol I think because the Phd applicants are ready to apply after two years of study and it takes a minimum of 4 to finish one here in North America. CIC people know that these guys will hang in there for sure no matter what for at least another 2 years so why prioritize them. These are the birds...

Nothing serious here... I think it's a positive note that there is some movement from Ottawa. I and some of my friends thought we needed to submit RCMP police certificates anyway so submitted it with application.

Technically you have to send your police clearance from Everywhere you lived more than 6 months for. Including Canada. Go to a local rcmp office that deals with fingerprinting and record check. Do that as soon as you can. Take your passport and copy of email maybe? Those offices tend to be very...
