Do I need to update IELTS score or CLB while updating EE profile?

Hi All, Do I need to ask British council to send my IELTS report to IRCC, like we do for ECA?

Thank you Gani. I got online assessment report on March 14th, 2018. It states they have dispatched the report to IRCC, should i wait for sometime before creating my EE profile ? It asking for ECA certificate number, my doubt is is if the certificate number is 1234567 or 1234567IMM ?

Should I create it under new GSkey or can i create multiple profiles under same GSkey?

I have selected 'Degree Awarded". BTW I received WES confirmation on March 14th, 2018, do i need to wait for a while before applying for EE? Does a system determine our eligibility or is it manually determine and updated?
