It varies from person / applicant to person / applicant, like I have sent ADR in Feb 2020, since then complete silence. It's also been noticed that some of em have received Pre Arrival or some other update right after 45 days of submission of ADR, that's what I have seen here.

Don't freak out, take it as a positive sign. If they have requested to you go for another medical, it definitely means you have passed all other stages now just a medical then you are done InshaAllah.
