I doubt it. There seem to be several people who've posted in this forum about submitting PCCs they've received from a PSK. Haven't come across any case of a PCC being rejected by CIC on these grounds. Can someone please confirm?

Don't panic. Try and call them asap. From what I've read on the threads here there is a call center where you can speak to an agent. Also send an email and raise a CSE immediately.

Yes. Try and put a clear and detailed explanation, with an apology, of how you made an honest mistake in filling the online form and explain exactly which visas were refused and for what reason. All the best!

AFAIK your job bank profile is linked to the EE profile. So if you create a new EE profile you would need to create a new job bank profile as well, to complete your EE submission. Regarding your previous profile, withdrawing EE and deactivating job bank profile should be good enough.

Depending on University etc you might be getting a Canadian masters equivalent. Try checking using the free WES Canadian equivalency tool. It's usually quite accurate.

Yup. If you've never lived outside of India for more than 6 months then you need only an Indian PCC.

You need a PCC from every country you've stayed in for more than 6 months from the age of 18.

Wren and Martin is a good book. You should be able to get it online or from most bookstores. However why don't you try by reading newspapers, novels and by practicing with with some English speakers? There are plenty of tips like these out there which will probably be more easy and enjoyable...

For CIC atleast you can fill in your entire name as the surname if you don't have a surname (yeah I know, its weird). http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=014&t=4 Probably you can check with WES, if you can do the same there also.

+1 to Yelena's post above. Additionally with a bit of luck and more prep, your wife can even get a CLB 9 which gets you 20 points. That might be easier than convincing CIC that you want to go alone now and sponsoring her later.
