I suggest you call them, sometimes they miss email or mail.

Maybe, but for me this is "we received the additional documents you sent". You should call them and ask about it. Maybe they sent PPR and you didn't get that as I didn't get any email or mail for Sponsor DM until I called them. But Their reply was that they have sent it to me via mail.

I agree, whoever got selected in the lottery if not a big issue will get PR for sure sooner or later. be patient and wait. :)
