Same case here! Agent told me Eligibility passed but background check still in process. My AOR is November 18, 2018 and remedicals also passed in August 2019, but no sign of PPR yet..

I´m still waiting PPR... AOR November 18th. Medical request on August 16th, uploaded by physician on August 26th and passed on August 29th. I´m outside Canada and tried to call just a moment ago but line was busy, could not connect to an agent. I will try again next week.
