Because when i talked to cic call center agents, they told me it can not be accepted. it may have chances of rejection as it is valid only if it is received prior to expiration date of work permit. I have not yet received the package back ??? ??? ???

yes i did it before expiration. 2 days before expiration. It reached them itself on the day of expiration. so they said i need to restore. I was not aware of the fact and worked for 1 month thinking i was in implied status. what should i do now? should i inform the matter truly in application...

Ecas only works when your file processing has actually been started by the officer. He reviews the file and issues AOR. Submitting the application from your side is different thing.
